Personalized Risk Profile

MeTree generates comprehensive, personalized risk profile reports. Algorithms are run based on current clinical guidelines used by primary care physicians. Risk assessment reports are created for both patients and providers.

Clinical Decision Support

MeTree provides clinical decision support to patients and providers for breast cancer, ovarian cancer, colon cancer, hereditary cancer syndromes, thrombosis, coronary artery disease, aortic aneurysm, ischemic cerebrovascular disease, hereditary cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes, and hereditary liver diseases.

Family Education

MeTree facilitates the collection of high-quality health history data. Patients learn about their own risks as well as potential risks for other family members. Sharable educational resources are tailored based on risk analysis outcomes.

Five-generation pedigree

MeTree collects data from five generations: your grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. Data can also be entered for aunts, uncles, cousins, and half-relatives. MeTree can evaluate your health risks as well as identify things that may be relevant to other family members.

Tabular health history

MeTree can display family health history data in table form. At a glance, physicians can view the age of onset of various health conditions across the entire family.
